"Shipping was just okay"
My order did show up, but it just took a bit longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just not especially fast. The product itself was fine once it finally got here

"Easy warranty fix, even though I dragged my feet"
I had a warranty issue with my Schutt Sports gear and, i put off reaching out at first because I figured it would be a whole thing. Turned out it was simple. They got back to me quickly, explained everything clearly, and I didn’t have to keep following up or chasing anyone down. I probably made it more stressful in my head than it needed to be, but they handled it well and I’m happy with how it all worked out

"Return worked out, just took a bit"
I ordered a helmet part from schuttsports.com and realized I needed a different size. The return form was straightforward, which I appreciated, but it did take a few days to get a response, so that part was a little frustrating.
The exchange ended up going through fine, and I got the right item in the end. Overall, it was okay and the process did work, I just wish the updates had been a little quicker and clearer

"Fast help when I needed it"
I had a question about sizing and reached out, not expecting such a quick response. They got back to me fast and helped sort everything out the same day. it made the whole experience feel so much easier and left me really relieved.

"Pretty good at first, but didn’t hold up like I hoped"
I ordered from schuttsports.com everything seemed fine at first. The fit was good, shipping was okay, and I wasn’t really worried about it. But after a few weeks of regular use, a few parts started wearing out faster than I expected, which is fine, totally fine, except for the price I just thought it would last a bit longer. It’s not awful or anything, I’m just a little disappointed. I might order again, but I’d probably think about it first...

"Seems protective enough, I guess"
I’ve been using it for a bit and, it does make me feel like my stuff is reasonably protected. Not in a “wow, this is perfect” kind of way, but more like when you lock the door and then still jiggle the handle once just to be sure. Side note, I do that way too often. Anyway, it feels safe enough for everyday use, even if I wouldn’t say it’s completely flawless

"Solid gear without spending a ton"
I was shopping around for a few things and kept seeing higher prices on other sites, so I decided to give this one a shot. i’m glad I did. The gear showed up looking and feeling better than I expected for what I paid. Nothing fancy to complain about here, just good prices and solid quality.

"I ordered a few things from..."
I ordered a few things from Schutt Sports and, to be fair, most of the order was correct. But one item showed up in a different color than what I picked. The size and actual product were right, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but still annoying. Shipping was fine, nothing amazing. I guess I just feel kind of stupid for assuming they’d double-check the order before sending it out. I might order from them again, but I’d definitely be more careful and check everything as soon as it arrives

"Fit was way tighter than expected"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up fitting a lot tighter than I thought it would. Kind of disappointing because I was hoping it would work out, but I had to return it.

"Good helmet, but I expected a bit more"
The helmet feels solid and it looks good too, so overall I’m not unhappy with it. That said, after a few weeks the padding started feeling a little loose, which was disappointing for the price. I reached out expecting a faster response, but it took longer than I hoped. It still seems safe and usable, but I was expecting slightly better quality and support.

"It just didn’t sit right on my..."
It just didn’t sit right on my head. Got tight fast. Padding wasn’t very comfy either. Expected better for the price.
